Walter carried mini-Karen towards the back looking for a window they could get out ot something groaning as the place has none, remembering the dungeon-esque feeling of the bathrooms.. He moved over to one of the stalls, trying to climb up and out of the reach of the "children", reaching into his pocket pulling out the gun, "Might get a little loud for a moment.. Dont pay it any mind..."

Karen will try to stay steady but there isn't enough room.   She screams as the children burst into the stall and try to grab at Walter and Karen.  None of them have a real mouth or any thing that looks like it could seriously hurt someone.

Walter does his best to keep her out of the childrens reach, kicking the best he can, "Back off you rejects from a Pink Floyd Movie! You dont have a mouth so you cant eat your meat so you cant get your pudding!"

There isn't a lot of room where the two of you are so she begins to slip putting her hand upwards towards Walter, the children drag her down into the floor and there is a shattering sound and Karen smashed like porcelain.

Something red and thick oozes from the doll like body which the Fleshy Child like Mockeries pawn and cling to.

Walter kicks and swings at the children as they grab for Karen, starting to go after and freezing as she shatters against the ground staring in disbelief, children don't shatter, people dont shatter at all! Even when dipped in liquid nitrogen! They bounce.. It had taken alot of research on that one. It started really registering as well... How did he get to the orphanage? He hadn't been there in decades, and he was just in his home..

He took a deep breath and tried to clear his mind and wake up, this had to be a nightmare.. That was the only way to explain it.

Police are still baffled by the disappearance of South Ashfield Author and Child Psychiatrist Karen Larkin,   who has been receiving criticism for her most recent book The Porcelain Child, despite Larkin's assertion that  this book was not to be taken as slander against the group from children she interviewed and came in contact with but an in depth analysis from a clinical view.

Larkin was in the news earlier this year for receiving death threats about this very book.  Larkin was interviewed on this very station about her shock at the strong reaction to her book.

Walter wakes up with the TV still on, talking about the disappearance of Karen Larkin, the picture of her on the TV screen is suddenly far too familiar to just be happenstance.

Walter stares at the TV gasping for breath, he reaches over to a basin on the end table next to his bed pulling out a wet rag and wringing it out before wiping the cold sweat from his face as he watches the report. He opens the end table pulling out a locked book and opens it up, quickly writing down the details of the dream. When he is done he opens up the back of the book to a section listed "Murders & Disappearance" turning to a fresh page, rewinding the DVR to the start of the segment on Karen and begins taking notes..

The Segment talks about Karen's first book which was inspired by her childhood tragedies her parents dying in a car crash and what happened at the Orphanage.

Karen Moved into a apartment building where there had been one murder and another in the subway near by.  So there is plenty for the press to bring up, including that she grew up in the same town Walter himself is and Walter is going to be in for a book tour.

Walter keeps taking notes of what seems important while listening, sighing as the news is rarely a good source of information, especially when they bring him up.. He groans and turns off the TV and makes his way to the kitchen grabbing some food from the fridge and turning on his laptop and does a quick search on Karen, South Ashfield and a couple other things looking for more information..

I got all of the information publicly known about Karen up.  What does he want to know about South Ashfield?

Sure we can close things down and move to in the future where he's arriving in Silent Hill if that's cool with you.
